An evening email about delivery times and bench colours was replied to the same evening with a photo attached of alternative colours. When I mentioned that a couple of reviews had said it would be helpful to have the colours illustrated on the website I got a positive response and a picture with the alternative colour was uploaded that evening.
The bench was despatched and received in days, and is everything I had hoped for. I'm looking forward to many years of maintenance-free use.

I am generally pleased with my new bench, tho I am very disappointed with the colour, described as oak. I am afraid my description would have been far less polite. Had I realised the actual colour I would have ordered the darker coloured bench. Some attempt to represent the colours on the web site would have been helpful.
The bench arrived on time and I was pleased with the website which kept me informed of progress.It would have been helpful to have seen the other colours when ordering. It has not stopped raining since I put the bench in the garden so I have only sat on it once. The bench is very practical and good to know it won't rot in the rain, so what it lacks in aesthetic beauty it makes up for in practicality!
