Lawn edging that will last

Lawn edging is just one of many possible uses for this profile along with general building use wherever wood might once have been used.

If you want to do a job that will last a lifetime, then you need materials that will also last that long too.

Recycled plastic profiles of this type are made to Zyplex 55 specification which means they will take plenty of knocks, survive all kinds of weather and traffic conditions, and still perform the job they were meant to after years of use.

As a boy I saw my fair share of rotten lawn edging, rotten sheds,  fallen down fencing, all made out of wood.

There was no such thing as these recycled plastic wood or lumber in those days. We literally had to make do and mend. Big emphasis on the mend bit.

It's a constant battle with the elements, mould, insects and weather.

Not so with recycled plastic lumber.

None of these things will touch it, so you are saved from the endless desert of maintenance and replacement, time and money.

Your initial outlay will be recouped in just 2-4 years.

PLASTIC LUMBER
  -  CA

The product was very good, as was the service from Kedel. However, the delivery costs were very expensive and disproportionate to the purchase. I buy larger and heavier items from others, and the delivery costs are a fraction of the costs associated with Kedel items. There is a need to reduce distribution costs to customers.

Kedel Comment:
We don't make money on the shipping but simply pass on the best cost we can find. It isn't the weight of the lumber alone that adds to the cost, but the length. 1.5 metres or less is cheaper to deliver whatever the weight. However, we are constantly working on getting the shipping cost down. Just call us on 01282 861325 to discuss cutting into shorter lengths.
I should also mention that some merchants include the full cost of shipping in the price and appear to offer free shipping, we show you exactly what it costs separately.
