IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

Restricted Vehicle Access: Our products are often delivered on large vehicles. If there is restricted access for large vehicles delivering to your property please advise us of this prior to delivery, either by calling 01282 861325 after you have placed your order, or put any special delivery advice in the customer 'comments' box at checkout.

Delivery is to kerbside only, however, a 2 man delivery is possible if arranged in advance, and this will be subject to an additional charge which we will agree with you beforehand. Please e-mail to arrange or call 01282 861325.

Disclaimer: We regret that any additional costs incurred by Kedel due to customer failure to advise us of restricted vehicle access will have to be charged to you. These charges are easily avoided by letting us know of any access problems in advance, so we can organise the best delivery option for you.
